We've got a good gut feeling about this soft launch. Puns aside, this new vegetarian spot is making us get excited about healthy fermented foods that promise to leave us (and our tummies) feeling tip top. We love the sound of the High Bowls, which can be a mix of tempeh, pea and basil cake and roasted broccoli, with green vegan kimchi, tamari-maple seeds and miso-tahini dressing. Smaller dishes include their signature ‘biotic egg pot’ with curried coleslaw kraut and white miso mayo... definitely one to try!
