The latest venture from Stevie Parle (the chef behind Clerkenwell's much-loved Palatino) will tickle your tastebuds with some epic homemade pasta dishes, and transport you to the streets of Bologna. Classic Italian pasta gets some well-deserved showtime, with plates such as slow cooked sausage with malloredus (£8), potato ravioli, with gravy and egg yolk (£8) and crab, courgette, yellow tomato and marjoram fusilli (£11).
