Open from breakfast through to late evening, SOW will be serving up healthy bowls of food and drawing inspiration from around the world. Each bowl is prepared fresh and fast, layered with natural ingredients and complimenting textures to create a satisfying one-dish meal, from warming breakfasts and lunches, to wholesome salads, suppers and snacks.
Breakfast bowls include the likes of coconut milk pancakes; a smoked salmon, egg and spinach bun; or bean stew with avocado and eggs, whilst nourishment from lunchtime through to dinner comes in the form of fresh chargrilled tuna salad; Thai green curry; and lamb meatballs with couscous, tomatoes and Greek yoghurt.
Vibrant vegan and vegetarian dishes include a quinoa salad with chargrilled broccoli; and butternut squash, aubergine and chickpea curry, whilst tasty sweet treats include chia pudding with dates and roasted cashews.
