The award-winning Parisian chef and cookery writer Stéphane Reynaud has created a new menu at Tra Tra, a late night dining and drinking den nestled underneath the oh-so-hip Boundary on Redchurch Street. We absolutely love the idea of bottomless saucisson, chorizo and salami (who knew that was a thing). You can also feast on the larger sharing plates, such as the pork belly or short ribs, tempura vegetables with basque paprika, or, if you're feeling really naughty, the truffled croque monsieur.
