Led by Executive Chef Amit Bagyal, previously of Michelin-starred restaurants Benares and Kanishka, this stunning venue is listed in the Michelin Guide 2023 and takes diners on a culinary voyage through India, blending unique cultures and cooking styles.
Begin with starters including grilled scallop with coconut butter, Herdwick spiced lamb chop, and calamari pepper fry with chilli passionfruit coulis & squid ink mayo.
On the mains, you'll find the chef's favourite, Osso Bucco - home-made goat curry made to his Grandma's secret recipe, featuring Himalayan hand-crushed spices and ginger root in a caramelised onion sauce.
There's also a lamb shank biryani, paneer butter masala, and Delhi-style butter chicken alongside a selection of delicious grill platters and dishes from the tandoor.
If you've still got room for dessert, you'll find sweet treats including a walnut & pecan slice, chocolate & orange mousse and Tutti Frutti cassata ice cream with fruit puree & fresh berries.
